Manhattan area near what is afordable? I want to buy an apartment or house?
Be Riverdale has some homes and condos that are afordable, but I was wondering if anyone knows of a near point or area being developed near Manhattan. even in Manhattan (hey i can dream lol). Does anyone know about Old run Wearhouse or buildings that are for sale?
I suggest looking in Jersey, as it will be a hell of a lot cheaper than anywhere in New York, and you have to pay taxes on the transfer of a purchase, either, so the cost of making the loan to be much lower. Try Hoboken, Jersey City, Clifton, and areas, and tyou might be able to find something that you might like. In addition, the condo market is soft right, so I would not recommend buying a condominium.
