low-income housing in New York?
I'm trying to move into an apartment in Brooklyn or Manhattan, always hear about these low-income housing, but it seems impossible for me to find them. Does anyone have trusted sites or directories that will really help get into a decent apartment in the city, or any information at all if you know someone who is renting her apartment. I didn't think it would be so hard to try to begin an independent life. I tried craigslist.org, but there are people who stay at the computer all day, to the point that it is always too late when you try to answer the list of 100 people, because they stick to it.

My best friend has one in Times Square, the start of construction of the line, very cool! Therefore, see how lucky you are. By the way my luck has to be below zero! never try and call them good luck!
